Acceptance
By accessing or using HoopVexa, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the Legal Center. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. HoopVexa may require email verification before enabling follows, alerts, comments, chat or other interactive features.
User content and conduct
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant HoopVexa a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce and moderate that content as needed to operate and promote the service. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, threatening, sexually explicit, spam or privacy-invasive material. The Community Guidelines provide additional rules.
Moderation
HoopVexa may remove content, restrict features, issue warnings, suspend accounts or preserve records when reasonably necessary to enforce policies, protect users, comply with law or maintain service integrity.
Editorial and sports information
Scores, schedules, standings, rosters, injuries and statistics may be supplied by third parties and can be delayed, incomplete or corrected. HoopVexa does not guarantee that any sports information is error-free or suitable for wagering, financial or other consequential decisions.
Intellectual property
HoopVexa’s original design, writing, branding and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. NBA, team, player, broadcaster and other third-party names, logos and marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement.
External links and advertising
The service may link to third-party websites and display advertising or affiliate offers. HoopVexa does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, terms, privacy practices or content.
Availability and changes
Features may change, pause or end without notice. HoopVexa may update these Terms by publishing a revised version and effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. HoopVexa disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination
You may stop using HoopVexa at any time. HoopVexa may restrict or terminate access for violations, security risks, legal requirements or material harm to the service or its users.
