Respect for rights
HoopVexa respects intellectual-property rights and expects users and contributors to do the same. Third-party marks, photographs, video, social posts and data remain subject to their owners’ rights.
Submitting a notice
A copyright complaint should identify the copyrighted work, identify the material and exact HoopVexa URL, provide your contact information, include a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, state under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act, and include a physical or electronic signature.
Our response
HoopVexa may remove or restrict material while reviewing a complete complaint and may contact the uploader or author. Incomplete, misleading or abusive notices may delay review.
Counter-notices
If material was removed due to mistake or misidentification, the affected person may submit a response identifying the removed material, explaining the basis for restoration and providing legally required statements and contact information.
